Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

Orders & lead time

What is the order lead time?

Typically 2–4 weeks, depending on the model, finish and current production workload. In-stock figures ship faster — we confirm the exact date after you place your order.

How do I place an order?

Choose a figure in the shop, add it to the cart and proceed to checkout. For questions or non-standard orders, get in touch — we will help you pick the right model and finish.

Can I order a single piece?

Yes. We handle both single figures and larger, series orders for companies, parks and retail chains.

Products & material

What are the figures made of?

Our figures are made of glass-fibre reinforced polyester (fibreglass) — a lightweight yet very durable material. The surface is finished and protected with weather-resistant coatings.

Are the figures suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. They are resistant to rain, frost and UV radiation, so you can place them in gardens, parks, on terraces and in public spaces all year round.

How do I care for the figures?

Simply wipe them with a soft cloth and water with a mild detergent. Avoid abrasives and aggressive solvents. Minor paint damage can be touched up locally.

Can I order a figure in a chosen colour?

Yes — painting and finishing are tailored individually, including your logo or brand colours. We agree the details when preparing the quote.

Custom production

Do you make custom projects?

Yes, we produce figures and 3D forms to individual designs — from advertising figures and seasonal decorations to installations for amusement parks.

What do you need to quote a custom project?

Ideally, send us photos, sketches or a design, together with the desired size and intended use (indoor/outdoor). Based on this we will prepare a quote and a lead time.

What sizes are possible?

We make figures from small forms up to several metres tall (life-size figures and larger). The maximum size is agreed individually, taking transport and installation into account.

Delivery

How are large figures delivered?

Large and oversized figures are delivered by our own transport or by freight forwarding, with unloading. We match the delivery method to the size and destination.

How much does delivery cost?

We quote transport individually, depending on the size of the figure and the delivery address. We confirm the amount before the order is processed.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we deliver within the European Union. Delivery terms and cost are agreed individually for each destination.

Is personal pickup possible?

Yes, by prior arrangement you can collect the figure directly from the manufacturer.

Payments & invoices

What payment methods are available?

We support fast online payments (PayU, BLIK), payment cards and PayPal. Individual customers pay in advance when placing the order.

What payment methods are available for companies?

For companies we offer payment by bank transfer against an invoice. Terms (e.g. payment date or a deposit for made-to-order projects) are agreed individually.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes, we issue a VAT invoice for every business order. You provide your invoice details during checkout or in your account panel.

Do you handle EU companies (EU VAT / intra-community supply)?

Yes. For companies with a valid EU VAT number we carry out intra-community supply (WDT) at 0% VAT, after verifying the EU VAT number.

Returns, warranty & complaints

Can I return a figure?

Individual customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. This right does not cover figures made to individual order (personalised), in line with the applicable law.

What if a figure arrives damaged?

Please inspect the shipment on delivery. In case of transport damage, contact us immediately (ideally with photos) — we will arrange a repair or replacement.

What warranty do the figures have?

Our products are covered by statutory warranty under the applicable regulations. For any quality issue we always aim to find a quick and satisfactory solution.
