These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the Fiberglass World online store, including the terms of placing orders, payment and delivery methods, the right of withdrawal and the complaint procedure. These Terms apply both to Consumers and to Business customers using the Store.
The online store operating under the Fiberglass World brand is run by the company whose full details are set out in the Seller details section. These Terms define the rules and procedure for concluding a distance Sales Agreement via the Store.
The Terms are made available free of charge in a manner that allows them to be obtained, reproduced and stored. The Customer is required to read the Terms before placing an order; acceptance is voluntary but necessary to place an order.

Using the Store requires a device with Internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and an active e-mail account. The Seller takes measures to ensure the correct operation of the Store.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in the following steps:
Due to the nature of the Goods (figures made of laminate, often made to individual order), some products are produced on request. In such cases we recommend contacting the Seller before confirming the order to agree the specification and lead time. The Sales Agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order by e-mail.
All prices shown in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN); prices may also be shown in EUR. The binding price is the one displayed next to the Goods at the time the order is placed.

For a traditional bank transfer, the Goods are processed once the full amount is credited to the Seller's account. For large-format or made-to-order products the Seller may require an advance payment. On request the Seller issues a VAT invoice.
The order processing time is counted from the moment the payment is credited and is stated individually for each product. In-stock products are usually shipped within 2–5 business days; for made-to-order products the lead time is agreed individually.

Due to the size and weight of fiberglass figures, the transport cost is determined individually after the order is placed. Please contact us for a delivery quote.
A Consumer who has concluded a distance agreement may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the direct cost of returning the Goods. The period runs from the day the Goods are taken into possession.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail to contact@fiberglass-world.com). The refund will be made promptly, no later than within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to agreements where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, made to the Consumer's specification or serving their individualised needs (figures made to individual order).
The Seller is obliged to deliver Goods free from defects and in conformity with the agreement. If the Goods are found to be non-conforming, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
Complaints should be submitted to contact@fiberglass-world.com or in writing to the Seller's registered address, stating a description of the defect, the order number and the request (repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal). Please include photo documentation where possible.
The Seller reviews the complaint within 14 days of receipt and informs the Customer of the outcome. If the complaint is upheld, the Seller bears the cost of returning the Goods.
Consumers may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including via the EU online ODR platform available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
The controller of Customers' personal data is the Seller. The rules for processing personal data and the use of cookies are described in detail in the Privacy Policy.
In matters not regulated by these Terms, the generally applicable provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons; orders placed before the changes take effect are governed by the previous version of the Terms.
