We care about the privacy of everyone using the Fiberglass World store. Below we explain who is the controller of your personal data, for what purpose and on what legal basis we process it, and what rights you have under the GDPR.

Depending on how you use the Store, we may process the following categories of data:

• Identification and contact data — name, e-mail address, phone number, delivery address;
• Billing data — billing address and, for businesses, also the VAT number and company name;
• Order data — purchase history, correspondence and complaint reports;
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, cookie identifiers, activity data within the Store.

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to conclude and perform the agreement — without it we cannot process your order.

We process your data in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR for the following purposes:

• data related to contract performance — for the duration of the contract and, after it ends, for the limitation period of claims;
• data on invoices and accounting documents — for 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose;

• data processed on the basis of legitimate interest — until an effective objection is raised.

• the right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten");
• the right to restriction of processing;
• the right to data portability;

• the right to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) if you believe that the processing of your data infringes the GDPR.

The Store uses cookies — small text files stored on your device. We use them for:

• essential purposes — ensuring the correct operation of the basket, login and security;
• functional purposes — remembering preferences such as language or currency;
• analytical purposes — anonymous traffic statistics to improve the Store;
• marketing purposes — only with your consent.
