Llama — a life-size laminate sculpture

The figure stands 205 cm tall, 145 cm long and 65 cm wide and shows a llama on all fours with its head raised and its ears pricked. Hand-sculpted and hand-painted: the fleece is carved in deep strands and the warm brown of the back fades into cream white on the neck and legs, so from a few metres away the animal reads as real rather than as a smooth plastic shape. It stands on four legs with no plinth — the anchoring method for windy sites and busy walkways is agreed when you order.

A UV-, frost- and rain-resistant coating allows year-round display outdoors as well as inside commercial venues:
