Dromedary Camel Figure in Fiberglass, Large Sand-Colored Camel for Zoos, Safari Parks and Hotels 290 cm

Design and Craftsmanship

Measuring 290 x 90 x 200 cm (length x width x height), the figure shows a dromedary walking at a calm pace, with a high-set, curved neck, a characteristic hump and slender long legs ending in dark hooves. The coat is a warm honey-orange, and a darker shade on the hump, nape and tail tip gives it natural depth. A gentle head with a large eye and small ears lends the whole piece a friendly expression. The fur texture is picked out in fine relief and the whole piece is hand-painted.

Weather Resistance and Uses

The fiberglass laminate withstands UV exposure, rain, frost and temperature swings, so the figure can stand outdoors all year round and stays relatively light for its size. It works well as:

• a decoration for zoological gardens and safari parks
• a decor element for hotels, resorts and oriental-themed restaurants
• an eye-catching feature at the entrance of amusement parks and gardens
• an attraction in shopping centers, exhibitions, fairs and Christmas nativity scenes

The figure is placed on a paved surface or on a foundation and is transported on a pallet.
