Design and Craftsmanship

Measuring 280 x 155 x 100 cm (length x width x height), the figure depicts an earwig in its characteristic pose, with a raised, segmented abdomen ending in a pair of curved pincers. A copper-brown, glossy shell, a large black eye, long beaded antennae and slender clawed legs give the figure a realistic look. Hand-sculpted and hand-painted.
